This event has been a long time in the making... And finally we are ready to launch.Do you have goals for 2025? This session will help you to find them, refine them and develop strategies for achieving them 💪
Do you have goals that you never seem to be able to achieve? Are your goals unclear? Do you think you might sabotage yourself? If yes this is event for you ❤️
The objective is to support you to knock these challenges over and get you out of your own way.
Initially the session was to be led by little old me (Rachael - The Walking Mum) but instead I've managed to persuade (it didn't take much) my greatest Teacher to help (do it with) me :)
Peter McNabb is an International NLP (that's Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Trainor - Fancy huh... He has worked across 5 continents of the world training leaders of huge businesses and next month he's coming to a Craft Cafe in Warrington to work with us 🙌
I met Peter when I undertook a Leadership for Health and Wellbeing course at Sheffield Hallam several years ago and I can honestly say the techniques I learnt not only enabled me to scale a business but more importantly it enabled me to understand more about myself, what I wanted and how to get it.
This training is holistic and will cover all areas of your life - work, family, health and community. You will get out of it what you put in but knowing the incredible group of women we have in Walking Mums it's going to be amazing ❤️
There will be a lot to cover in such as short space of time and there is the potential for there to be follow on sessions (and we will definitely have a group Whatsapp for accountability! 😂)
The venue is The Artful Potter (we did pottery painting there at Christmas and it was perfect 😊)
Tickets are £30 and include a hot / soft drink, some healthy snacks and we will be doing a craft 🧶
