So, you've missed the start of the year. So what?! It's never the wrong time to start making progress towards what you want to achieve - whether that's a practical tangible outcome or an internal journey of 'getting to know yourself better'.
Instead of criticising or judging yourself for 'not doing anything with your year yet' - start now.

Or you've set yourself big goals…but now you're a couple of months into the year and you realise you've been distracted by life and busy-ness and things just haven't progressed. Again, completely okay.

Here’s what it will look like:
- As we head into the coming season, set yourself goals for 2026 (+ 2 months of 2027).
- Set achievable milestones that suit the season ahead.
- Strategise around challenges that may arise.
- Plan and achieve your intentions
- Enhance your goal setting with art therapy
- Be supported along the way
When: Saturdays, 2-4.30pm
28 February: Session 1 Autumn, Laying the Foundations (completed)
23 May: Session 2 Winter, Reviewing and Realigning (completed)
29 August: Session 3 Spring, Growth and Momentum (next session)
29 November: Session 4 Summer, Completion and Looking Ahead
Where: 41 Verner Street, Goulburn
Cost:
Sessions 3 and 4: $265 paid in full (incl. GST).
Session 3 only or pay as you go: $135 (incl. GST) per session.
If choosing 'pay as you go', attendance at the next session is assumed. If unable to attend a session, no refunds will be given but you may gift your place to someone else
Registrations for Session 3 close Monday, 24 August 2026.
Class size is limited to 8 registrants.
