About this Event
At this event Nick will share an insight-led talk on how work patterns are evolving, what occupiers now value from flexible space, and why collaboration between independent and flexible workspace providers is becoming increasingly important. This will be a practical, discussion-focused session with no sales pitch — designed to prompt thought, conversation and shared learning.
Nick Hurt is a business founder and advisor working at the intersection of people, operations and the future of work. He is the founder of DeskAway, a new national network of independent workspaces, and also runs Progressa, supporting SMEs with practical HR, leadership and operational advice.
Nick works closely with business owners and operators and sees first-hand how working patterns have shifted beyond the traditional “home vs HQ” debate. His focus is on what organisations and workspace providers can do to respond to how people actually work today — locally, flexibly and across multiple locations — rather than how we assume they work.
