WHAT
- 3 options all 100 % trail
-a 14 km run,fairly easy to Norvan Falls and back
-a 17 km one way more adventurous run to Grouse Chalet ( car drop off or shuttle needed )
- a longer 30 km ish loop to the Chalet and back down via mountain highway or any other trail down that you prefer
- Fabulous views ,weather permitting

Allergy Warning : In previous years ,participants have been stung by wasps on this course .Please be cautious about wasp nests on the ground . If you have allergies to wasps / bees please bring whatever it is that you would need to stay safe.
WARNING: The longer courses can be challenging . There is water at the start, but if you,re planning on the 17 km or the 30 km there is NO water until Grouse Chalet which is a longish 17 km away .Unless you drink from the creeks (not recommended) you NEED to carry enough WATER and FOOD for at least 2.5 to 3 hrs for the faster runners and much longer for slower runners /Hikers.Also if the weather is iffy (I might abort the Hanes Valley part if it's really bad) make sure you have extra clothing .Short sleeve shirts and shorts are great if you keep moving and weather is good but an accident waiting to happen if something goes wrong. You are responsible for your own safety . BE PREPARED .
