Go Hanuman! (Deep Dive into Hanumanasana and Hanuman Chalisa)

Go Hanuman! Join us for a deep dive into Hanumanasana (the monkey pose) and Hanuman Chalisa (devotional hymn). This in-person event will be held at Urban Sadhu Yoga Jersey City, where we will explore the physical and spiritual aspects of this asana. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, come and connect with the energy of Lord Hanuman in a supportive and welcoming environment.

This two-part workshop will include an asana class designed to help you on your journey towards Hanumanasana, led by Austin with Devadas accompanied with live music and mantras to help inspire our heartfelt devotion (Bhakti Yoga). In the second part of the workshop, Devadas will offer is a deep dive into the Hanuman Chalisa, a devotional hymn (stotra) in praise of Hanuman.
