Join us for our Go For Gold end-of-BRIK Extravaganza from 8 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 14th, at our Sparks studio (4854 Sparks Blvd. Ste. #102).We're celebrating 15 Years of Kaia FIT Sierra on February 14th! What better way to end BRIK than by working out with your fellow Kaia Girls?! You'll have three different options to get your workout in:
-8am Cycle
-9am SHiNE UPLiFT
-10am Yoga
Feel free to stop by anytime to get your "final" measurements taken by Coach Melanie. Our Kaia girls also can opt to do measurements at home per our directions in our BRIK welcome email.
If you are taking your final measurements at home, please email them to [email protected] by Feb. 15th.

Our end-of-BRIK awards are planned for 6:30pm p.m. Friday, Feb. 20th, at our Midtown studio (777 Center Street Ste. #B1) following our FREE "Flow & Glow" Blacklight Yoga class, so don't miss out on your final measurements whether you do them with us or at home! :)
