Everything You Need to Know to Freedive Deeper
It doesn’t matter your level in freediving. This course is from beginners to competitors. Renee and her team will work individually in every students needs.
*Master Deep Equalization Techniques
Theory and practice session covering frenzel equalization and mouthfill equalization with constant and sequential pressure. There will be dry exercises to practice the techniques, as well as in-water exercises so you can practice for deep dives!
*Learn Packing, Reverse Packing & Stretching for Freediving
Learn specific stretches and techniques for freediving, such as packing, reverse packing and udiyyana bandha. We’ll also go over how best to apply it this to your freediving preparation.
*Dive Deeper Safely with a Coach!
There will be lots of time in the water, so that you can practice all your new techniques on FIM, CWT and CNF dives and safely progress deeper with a trained safety diver / coach by your side.
*Try Variable Weight Dives!
VWT dives may seem like a scary idea, but they are super fun! Imagine an underwater rollercoaster ride while you’re holding your breath! You will have a blast and it’ll be done very safely so not to worry!
*Best Pre-Dive Preparation Session Ever!
Both days will have a pre-dive preparation before we get into the water which includes; a guided stretching session, some equalization preparation, relaxation breathing exercises and dive visualization. It is awesome!
*Improve Freediving Techniques
Improve your freediving form and techniques with feedback from your coach during your dive session as well as video dive analyses so you too can see what you’re doing and improve!

Saturday, March 1st
0730 Presentation of the course
0800 Theory Frenzel & Mouthfill Sequential + FRC Diving
0900 Lakeside Stretching for Freediving w/ Uddiyana Bandha
1000 Lake Berryessa Session (Adaptation FIM + CWT, Mouthfill exercises + FRC Diving + Deep Dive)
1300 Lunch at the lake
1400 Video Analysis Technique & Reverse Packing & Dive Techniques
1530 Break
1800 BBQ at Lake Berryessa
Day 2
Sunday, March 2nd
0730 Theory Mouthfill Constant Pressure + RV Diving
0830 Packing Demonstration & Practice
0900 Lakeside Stretching w/ Packing, Reverse Packing & Mini Yoga Ball
1000 Lake Berryessa Session (Exhale Diving + Mouthfill Constant Pressure, VWT Dives, Deep Dive PB)
1300 Lunch at the lake
1400 Video Analysis Technique & Q&A Session
