Gnome Surf SurfFit Program – Newport County YThe SurfFit Program is a land-based training series designed to prepare participants for surf season through movement, balance, and mindfulness. Classes are open to all ability levels and focus on building strength, flexibility, and confidence in a supportive, community-oriented environment.
What to Bring & Wear:
Comfortable clothing suitable for movement

Participants are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early to get settled before class begins.
