Hello players,Welcome to GMU Open 2024! Below are important details regarding the tournament.
GMU Open 2024 will be hosted at George Mason University in the Linn Gym at the RAC.
Duration: November 9-10, 2024
Location: 4350 Banister Creek Ct, Fairfax, VA 22030
Parking: Free parking in Lot K on the weekend

CHECK-IN: Please check-in 10 minutes before your event start time.
Policy: Due to the court and time restrictions, if you are not checked in or show up when we call your match in ten minutes except in an emergency situation, your match will be forfeited. Masks are optional throughout the campus and inside the gym.
Food is not allowed near the courts. We have a front lobby with tables and chairs which allow you to eat.

SCHEDULE:
Doors open at 7:45 am on Saturday. The first matches start at 8:00 am.

Doors open at 7:45 am on Sunday. The first matches start at 8:00 am
Sunday (11/10/2024) 6 courts
7:45 am to 10:00pm or until finish.

Payment:
The first match $35, second $30, third $25
The player list will be posted on or before 10/28/2024. We will collect payment once we confirm your spots. We will email you and you will have 48 hours to submit the payment. If we do not receive your payment on time your spot will be overridden by the people who are on the waitlist.
All brackets will be posted on or before 11/07/2024
Event Information:
WS will initially be a 16 bracket. If we receive enough entries, we may extend it to a 32 bracket.
Refund Policy:
You are allowed to get a full refund if you drop out before 11/02/2024.
