Do you want to make delicious Soft gluten free Pitta Bread? Do you wish you could put together a plant based Gyro, which is bursting with flavour? How about some creamy Tzatziki made with your very own fermented yoghurt?If YES , look no further - We are so happy to bring to light this special cooking workshop.
We will show you how to make the best plant based gyro you have tasted.
We will be making:
• 3 (Three) types of gyro filling (Oyster mushroom, Organic Tofu and Jackfruit) with options of spices that you can use for marination
• Fluffy Gluten free pitta pockets made from scratch
• Creamy plant based yoghurt
• With our yoghurt we will make a Tzatziki that taste better than the real thing
• Baked chips healthy delicious way to accompany your gyro
This meal is perfect as a snack, for lunch or Dinner …
This is a hands on workshop were you will learn how to make everything from scratch.
We will then sit down and enjoy our creations, with some oven baked fries and Great Company.
