We will be focussing on how to make the perfect GF pasta. All the equipment in this class has not been used in our other pasta class and we endeavour to maintain a safe GF environment. Please contact us if you need further clarification in relation to this class and dietary needs. In this joyful class, you’ll learn the art of traditional pasta-making from scratch – from silky sheets to perfect spaghetti and filled ravioli. We’ll guide you through the kneading, shaping, and stuffing with plenty of tips and old-school tricks along the way.
You’ll also master a simple but delicious alla panna sauce, and we’ll share extra sauce recipes to inspire your next pasta night at home.
