Chef Jeff Qualls, owner of Roots Hospitality, will prepare delicious gluten-free dishes inspired by fresh, local ingredients while sharing tips and techniques throughout the day. Best of all... samples are included!
🎤 Special Guest Speaker: Melissa Duce, MS, RDN, LD
Melissa is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in McKinney who specializes in helping individuals living with IBS, Celiac Disease, Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, food allergies, and food intolerances.
Her presentation, Eat to Thrive: A Gluten-Free Gut Health Guide,
will focus on bringing variety, nutrition, flavor, and joy back into mealtimes while supporting overall gut health and wellness.
Melissa will present at scheduled times throughout the event and will also be available to answer questions from guests.
