Join us this November as we bake up a food-allergy-friendly storm in the Horn Farm's summer kitchen! In Part II of Gluten Free Desserts, you'll be guided through the creation of tasty gluten-free and vegan treats perfect for the holiday season. Here's what you'll learn:
🍪 How to make a gluten-free version of sweet breads, such as apple, banana, zucchini, etc.
🍪 How to make a healthier version of no-bake cookies when you just can’t fit one more thing in the oven!
🍪 How to make easy and delicious gluten-free cookies from scratch (because what homemade gift for friends, family, or Santa is complete without freshly baked cookies?)
🍪 Tips and tricks for gluten-free baking.

By the end of the session, you will go home with your own freshly baked and created gluten-free goodies, plus recipes that you can use as you continue at home.
*NOTE: This class is appropriate for anyone with gluten sensitivities, but anyone with celiac disease should be mindful and aware that the Horn Farm summer kitchen is not a gluten-free facility.
Program fee is $60/person.
