Sourdough isn’t easy. In this fast-paced, busy life, we definitely don’t have the time or energy for another "responsibility"... but we sure are gluttons for punishment!
🫙🍞✨The "Knead-to-Know" Basics
We'll be spending a few hours walking through each step of the sourdough process. You'll learn the fundamentals of feeding and keeping a starter alive, the craft of making and shaping dough, and the secrets of timing, scoring, and baking a "loaf-ly" loaf.

Come hungry! A coffee and dirty soda refresher bar, sourdough-based goodies (featuring both active and discard recipes), and other finger foods will be available throughout the workshop.
