This event will showcase the latest insights from both research and real-world practice

Join the Yorkshire Network of the Association for the Study of Obesity for an engaging event focused on GLP-1 drugs and obesity, delivered as a satellite session to the UK Congress on Obesity (UKCO) 2026.

Bringing together academics, clinicians, practitioners and professionals from across the region, this event will showcase the latest insights from both research and real-world practice. The session will feature a series of short talks from speakers across Yorkshire, followed by an interactive panel discussion and audience Q&A, offering opportunities to share perspectives and explore the implications of GLP-1 therapies for obesity.

All are welcome to this event. You do not need to be registered for UKCO 2026 to attend.
