Glowing Goddess Half Day Retreat (Belfast, Limited Spaces)

I'm running a half day Goddess retreat on Sunday 29th March 2pm-4.30pm.

49a Cregagh Road, Belfast, Barefoot Body & Soul studios (entrance is round the side of the building through the grey door up the stairs).

Snacks and drinks provided.

I'll guide you through relaxing meditation to connect to your feminine energy, gentle breathwork, practices to feel like a Goddess - confident and glowing, journalling and sisterhood convos to connect with like-minded women. There will be 30 minutes of gentle yoga to relax and destress.

A day for you to fill up your own cup. Walk away relaxed, confident and glowing in your own skin.

Bring a journal & pen.

Yoga mat and bolster provided, but you can also bring your own mat.
