Glowforge Plus Laser Cutter Training x Sharpsburg

Learn how to use the Glowforge laser cutter at Prototype x Sharpsburg! In this workshop, participants will learn the basics of how to send vector designs to the laser cutter and how to operate the laser cutter.

After attending this workshop, Prototype members will be cleared to use the laser cutter in our Sharpsburg location on your own. This training will NOT cover the Muse laser cutter found in our North Oakland location.

You do not have to be a Prototype member to attend this workshop, but it is mainly geared toward training members on the equipment and workflows that are specific to our makerspace.
$10/person

I NSTRUCTOR BIO
Vance Moss is Prototype PGH's operations manager and an eclectic maker/artist. They have been laser cutting, including making products for their art business Caesium Tea, since mid 2023.
