NOTES: PEACH, MAIZE, LOQUAT
- Beer // Cream Ale brewed with NY grown Pilsner Malt from Valley Malt, flaked corn from New York Craft Malt and NY grown Hallertau hops from Hop Guild.
- Coffee // From our friend Sebastian Ramirez, this coffee using a co-fermentation that involves wine yeast, dehydrated fruit and fruit glucose. It’s quite expressive with intense tropical sweetness and a dynamic acidity of ripe peach and loquats.

R07 SESSION HAZY IPA w/ KAMWANGI PB
NOTES: JUICY, HONEYSUCKLE, MANGO
- Beer // An easy drinking, creamsickle like Hazy IPA brewed with NY grown barley malt, wheat, oats, and NY grown Excelsior Hops
- Coffee // A delicate and fruity washed Kenyan coffee sourced by Red Fox at Kamwangi
R08 MEXICAN STYLE LAGER w/ BELLINI
NOTES: PEACH, LIME ZEST, FLORAL
- Beer // Our year round offering in the CRISP category, this super light and easy drinking lager is brewed with NY grown Pale Malt from Valley Malt, Flaked Corn from NY Craft Malt and NY grown Hallertau Hops by Hop Guild.
- Coffee // "A very juicy, complex and bright semi-washed Geisha from Jhoan Vergara. A sparkling coffee with notes of white peach, lime zest and florals - reminding us of a bellini!"
R09 CHERRY SOUR ALE w/ LA CABRA POTOSI XO
NOTES: BRIGHT, LUSH, CACAO
- Beer // A light and lovely complex sour brewed with a blend of lactobacillus cultures, NY grown Montmorency cherries, NY grown barley malt and hops
- Coffee // "Soft fruit notes and rich sweetness are contrasted with a crisp and juicy acidity in this lot from Finca Potosí"
