Glow Yoga for Youth at Allen Jay Recreation Center

Unwind, stretch and glow from the inside out during an evening of slow flow yoga! Gentle movement meets calming music under the soft glow of black lights as we slow down, breathe deep and release stress in a fun, welcoming space.
No yoga experience needed and mats will be provided if needed - just come as you are, move at your own pace and leave feeling relaxed, confident and recharged.
