GLOW YOGA is back!!!Join us for a fun night out! Glow yoga- an upbeat, fun class that is sure to get you sweating. Class will be to high energy music in a flow style with extra holds and pulses to really make you feel the burn. Open to all experience levels. Make sure to wear vibrant neon or white to glow under the black lights. Space is limited. Sign up online to reserve your spot. Class costs $25. Class is from 6:00-7:00 PM but come early at 5:30 PM use some glow body paint and stay, and mingle after!
Did we mention that Glow Yoga includes a complimentary glass of wine??? Arrive 30 minutes before paint and sip under the black lights.
