No previous experience necessary.
Get lost in the music and go at your own pace. All fitness levels welcome.
❤️‍🩹 If you have any injuries or health conditions please make me aware prior to taking part. All participants take part at their own risk.
🤩 Bright coloured clothing encouraged but not essential.
💧 Please bring water.
🚦 Please be aware that there will be disco lighting used at this practice.
