- Anatomy essentials: lymph pathways, key muscles, fascia, and why ‘direction’ matters
- Tool mastery: grip, angle, pressure, pacing, and product selection
- Full face + neck routine with targeted sequences (eyes, jawline, cheeks, forehead)
- Neck and trapezius release for posture-related facial tension
- Aftercare, frequency, and ‘do not do’ rules to protect the skin

Vittoria Santoliquido is a dentist and aesthetic doctor, and a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor. With a background in anatomy and the science of tissue aging, she brings a clinical, safety first lens to natural facial practices and pairs it with the grounded, mindful approach of yoga.
