Peach Corps Inc. is thrilled to partner with Heights Meditation Yoga to bring you "Glow Beyond," a special event designed to honor your body exactly as it is today.

Living with an invisible illness—whether it’s chronic pain, fatigue, an autoimmune disorder, or mental health struggles—can often feel isolating. Traditional fitness spaces don't always understand that your energy levels fluctuate. This event is different; it is a space for connection, relief, and validation.

This is not about the perfect pose. We will guide you through a session of gentle, restorative yoga focusing on:

• Nervous System Regulation: Soothing breathwork to lower stress.
• Accessible Movement: Slow flows offering multiple variations for your comfort.
• Pain Management: Gentle stretching designed to release tension without aggravating flare-ups.

• Parking: Street parking is available near the studio.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in, get settled, and find a comfortable spot before we begin.

Please be aware that the studio is located up one flight of stairs.
