Glow & Ground A Candle Pouring & Intentional Gathering

Ground & Glow is a morning or afternoon designed to slow you down.

You'll spend two hours in a small circle of women — pouring your own candle, choosing a scent that meets you where you are, and stepping into an intentional conversation about what it means to come home to your body.

Half of the group will start in the studio suite with Paulina Chilton host ofThe Paulina Chilton Show podcast, where you'll move through her seven curated scent profiles, bring your chosen scent cards to her station, and pour your own candle to take home. While your wax sets, you'll move into the lounge for refreshments and easy conversation.

The other half of the group will be in the second studio for a guided conversation facilitated with Megan Canell founder of Rhythm Wellness — a soft, intentional space to talk about reconnecting with your body, the signals it sends, and what it's been asking you to hear. After an hour, the groups swap, so every woman experiences both halves of the day.

You'll leave with a candle you poured by hand, a scent that's now tied to a feeling, and a few new women you actually got to know.
