Join The Vibrant Book Club and JetSet Pilates Holladay for Glow & Flow, an outdoor Pilates social at Woodbine Food Hall! Whether you're brand new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, this event is all about moving your body, meeting new people, and starting your week feeling your best.

We'll begin the morning with a 40-minute mat Pilates class led by JetSet Pilates. After class, stick around to browse our wellness vendors, enter giveaways, and connect with other women in a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

Shop a variety of wellness-focused businesses after class, including offerings such as:

• Comfortable workout attire
• Water bottle
• Sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended for this outdoor event

Food and beverages will be available for purchase from the incredible vendors inside Woodbine Food Hall, making it the perfect place to grab a bite after class.

Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and getting your mat set up before class begins. Our wellness vendors will open immediately following the Pilates class, so be sure to stick around to shop, mingle, and enjoy the rest of the morning with us!
