Unwind under the soft flicker of candlelight this winter during Glow & Flow, a gentle evening experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reset.Held at Northtown Library in Blaine, this signature workshop blends calming candlelight yoga with a hands-on rolled beeswax candle–making experience. Participants will move through gentle stretching and mindful movement, followed by deep relaxation in a warm, welcoming space.
This class is accessible for all levels and focuses on:
slow, grounding movement to ease tension
mindful breathing and relaxation
creating a handmade beeswax candle to take home
