Glow & Flow: Blacklight Yoga

Glow & Flow is a fun, all-levels yoga experience featuring blacklights, glow sticks, music, and mindful movement. Flow, breathe, and move in near darkness while glowing under the black lights!
Wear white, neon, or bright colors to enhance the glow. Optional body paint will be available—arrive 15–30 minutes early if you'd like to participate.
No experience necessary. All levels welcome!
