Glow and Gather: A Wellness Night Out in the Kitchen

Hosted by Rejuvenate Wellness & MedSpa in collaboration with Elevate Design Studio, this one-of-a-kind evening blends gourmet dining, community, and wellness.

In the breathtaking kitchen at Elevate Design Studio in Thomsen Farms, Chef Penny Buhnes of Memphis, TN will prepare a four-course meal while guiding you through the cooking process, sharing expert tips, and explaining the fresh flavors and techniques behind each dish.

Your gourmet menu for the evening:

• Starter: Fig, Goat Cheese & Prosciutto Wraps
• Salad: Feta, Watermelon & Cucumber with Mint & Lemon Dressing
• Entrée: Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Mascarpone, Ham & Mushrooms
• Side: Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pine Nuts & Lemon Zest
• Dessert: Lavender Olive Oil Cake with Yogurt Cream

While our goal is to create a memorable evening for our guests, we’ll also take a moment to share simple, effective tips on skin health from within—how what you eat and how you live can enhance your natural radiance.

The owners of Elevate Design Studio will also give a short introduction to their stunning space and their services, offering inspiration for anyone dreaming of a beautiful kitchen or home transformation.
