Join us every Friday from November 2025 to January 2025 for intentional, strength based, Caribbean-inspired energy and movement!

The GlofFit: Carnival Prep Experience is a luxury-inspired wellness and fitness program created to help women embody the vibrant energy of Carnival — with intention, grace, and power.

Across 12 transformative weeks, you’ll engage in high-energy workouts, restorative movement— all designed to sculpt your body, burn calories, elevate your energy, and align you with your most confident self.

This is more than a workout — it’s a experience of island celebration! Each session blends Caribbean-inspired dance fitness and functional strength training, in an uplifting environment that honors both body and soul.

What to Expect:

Movement to the rhythm of soca, dancehall & afrobeats
Strength, mobility & fusion training
