Women Over Dinner Global Online Event

Join us for this very special Women Over Dinner event online. It’s our second time hosting a Women Over Dinner completely online. We want the opportunity to bring together women from all over the world that have been involved in building this movement, and for new women looking to discover more about the Red Thread Women’s Movement.

We want to live in a world where the Inherent Power of Woman is remembered and expressed. The expressions will of course be as diverse as we are. Women Over Dinner is an invitation to gather and ask ourselves questions like: What does it mean, in present time, to be a woman? What if girls were taught from an early age, whether or not they ever choose to have a child, that they are born into nobility, a lineage that has the power to carry life and birth humans — the lineage of Woman? Then, might we ask, is equality even our goal, or is it something else? Something deeper, something more than a reaction to what has been, but a creation of what is true?

Women Over Dinner offers an insightful, just-edgy-enough guide to topics ripe for exploration: power, sexuality, and how both affect everything we see and experience in the world. The dinner table, in its sacred simplicity, holds us. We invite you to gather friends, family, community, around a meal and have a personal and intimate conversation. Not the kind of conversation that goes sideways when cookie cutter political opinions tempt us towards divisiveness. Instead, a place to just share what you think, have experienced, and maybe most importantly, what you feel, as you break bread and listen. We have no doubt that what ripples out of these conversations can change the world.

If you have attended or hosted a dinner, we want to bring everyone together to feel the power of what we are creating. With every dinner that you host, the magnitude of power that ripples out is huge. This is how we will build this movement, together.

For a suggested donation of $25, you get a seat at a table for our first global virtual women over dinner. We will hold you in the women over dinner format from the warmth of your own home.

We have a suggested donation of $25, but please give only according to your ability. All are welcome. If you’d like to know more about our donation tiers, please reach out and we’d be happy to share more. If you are not able to make a donation to attend, we would love to offer more ways to engage! You can post our event link to your social media, and invite friends directly.

The way we will build this movement is together.

On Saturday May 18th we will come together over zoom, bring your breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or late night snack (*bringing food to the call is not required).

Part of this event will be a fundraiser to bring Women Over Dinner further out into the world, our big goal is to reach 100 million women, and we need your help. One of our sub titles for the movement is: We cannot do it alone. Join us for connection, nourishment, vulnerability and power.
