1.Original buyer buys the namechange ticket & sends an email to [email protected]
2.In the email, include the following:
-full name original ticket buyer
-full name new ticket holder (as on ID)
-Original festival ticket
-Name change ticket
3.After receiving a confirmation, the name change is complete.
