Mahboba's Kitchen - Chicken Biryani Taco: fragrant, spiced, and savory Afghan-style chicken with a signature chutney.

Egyptian Bites - Egyptian Taco (V): Crispy falafel, roasted eggplant, and kidney beans with hummus and tahini.

La Cocina de Titi - Mahi-Mahi Taco: Fresh seared Mahi-Mahi with a bright fruit salsa and cilantro aioli.

Happy Taco - Beef Bulgogi Taco: Sweet-savory Korean ribeye topped with a spicy, fermented kimchi kick.

Soulboxx - Cajun Elote Shrimp Taco: Buttery, spiced shrimp paired with Mexican street corn and Creole flair.

Malkia & Co - Veggie Taco (VG): Earthy mushrooms and grilled veggies on a unique zucchini-carrot tortilla.
