Celebrate Global Running Day with your 2026 Rock 'n' Roll San Diego Ambassador Team at Milestone Running North Park!

Join the San Diego running community for a fun, social 5K as we come together to celebrate the joy of running. Global Running Day is an annual worldwide celebration that encourages runners and walkers of all ages and abilities to get moving, have fun, and connect through the sport we love.

Whether you're training for your next race, just getting started, or simply looking for a great community run, this event is for you. All paces are welcome!
