About the Event
This SMSS-led panel discussion will bring together speakers with experience across clinical care, advocacy, research, and global health to explore current challenges, emerging priorities, and opportunities to advance more equitable and person-centred reproductive health care.
The event is open to students, trainees, health professionals, researchers, community members, and anyone interested in reproductive health and rights. The discussion will be hosted in Saskatoon at Louis’ Loft, with an opportunity to participate from Regina as well.
Meet Our Speakers
- Dr. Amy Zhou – Obstetrics and Gynecology Resident, University of Saskatchewan
- Dr. Huma Aftab – Assistant Professor and Psychiatrist, University of Saskatchewan
- Dr. Scott Adams – Assistant Professor and Radiologist, Medical Imaging, University of Saskatchewan
- Dr. Nazeem Muhajarine – Professor, Community Health and Epidemiology, University of Saskatchewan
- Delilah Kamuhanda – Education Coordinator, Saskatoon Sexual Health
The discussion will be moderated by Hani Rukh-E-Qamar and Josie Conacher.
