Global Eats Pop-Ups bring a curated mix of international chefs and cuisines to Discovery Corner, offering something fresh and exciting during select weekends in August. Take it to go or enjoy seating in the plaza (sorry no indoor seating available).
This weekend’s pop-up features Soos Korean BBQ, bringing the comforting flavors of Korean home cooking to Discovery Corner. Rooted in family tradition and inspired by generations of Korean recipes, the Soos pop-up is all about sharing family favorites with the community.
We’re also excited to welcome Maison Kokoro, who will be joining Soos on Friday, August 7, with handcrafted mochi rice pastries available while supplies last.
Even better, 100% of proceeds from Soos on Friday, August 7, will be donated to support Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs families who lost their homes in the recent wildfires. Come enjoy an incredible meal while helping support an important cause.
