Each pop-up in the series will have a “guide”, someone who leads us through creating a pre fixe menu of the flavors of their youth. Events will take place at Community Grounds, 1134 Parsons Avenue.
All efforts will be made with the guide to create flavor profiles that are as authentic as possible. Offerings will be vegan, and high allergens will be avoided when able, to make diverse flavors accessible to folks who could not try them otherwise. Gluten free will be available for this event.
