Calling all brunch lovers! Come get hands-on and learn how to create a next level brunch dishes using seasonal ingredients, influenced by foods and spices found around the world, and components that can be made ahead of time to make your meal easy yet elegant. You’ll start off by making French Boulangere Potatoes, with the comforting trifecta of butter, potatoes, and cheese.
Next, you’ll make Shakshuka, a spiced tomato sauce served with eggs and bread, popular in African and Middle Eastern culture. Mexican Chilaquiles will round out this exciting and flavorful class!
Don’t forget the cafe baristas take drink orders tableside! Mimosas, coffee, tea, lattes, and more are available for purchase!
