Emphasis will be placed on balanced composition, clean layering, and expressive embellishment as you design a finished cross ready for display. After class, your piece will be kiln-fused, transforming your layered design into a cohesive and lasting work of art.
Prerequisites
Previous glass cutting experience recommended.
Students should feel comfortable with basic cutting and layout techniques.
Class Details
Design and create one layered fused glass cross
Instruction in composition, layering, and decorative techniques
Flowing vine and floral design elements incorporated into your piece
Duration: 3 hours
All supplies included
Finished artwork will be kiln-fired after class
Finished piece size: approximately 10" x 14"
Iron display stand sold separately

Ages 16+
Closed-toe shoes required
Ready for pickup approximately 7–10 days after class
