• Guided group walk (1–3 miles at a comfortable pace)
• Light warm-up and stretch session
• Brief heart health discussion
• Opportunity to connect, move, and reset in a positive environment

Stadium Park offers paved walking paths, open green space, and a peaceful outdoor setting. Restrooms and parking are available on-site.
