Glimpses of Life Through A Lens - Ian Treherne

This will be a zoom presentation from Ian, who is a Commercial/Portrait Photographer based in Essex. He was born with an eye condition which crops the world he is able to see, giving him a unique way of capturing moments in time. Photography allows him to break through the isolation he sometimes feels and to connect with the world via his camera. Ian’s commissioned photography has brought him into contact with clients such as Apple, Canon UK, Channel 4 Paralympics, WEX Photo/Video and M & C Saatchi. He has also appeared on the BBC2 Blind Ambition programme and has exhibited in several London venues.
Visitors are assured of a warm and friendly welcome at our regular Club Meetings in Masham Town Hall. Non-members are asked to pay an entry fee of £3 towards costs. Our membership is open to anyone interested in photography, and our members use equipment ranging from antique film cameras through mobile phones, compact cameras and SLRs to late model mirrorless cameras.
