Glenside 4th of July Flag Distribution

Show your Glenside pride this Independence Day! Join your neighbors in a favorite neighborhood tradition as we place small American flags along the curb in front of every Glenside home, creating a festive display for the 4th of July.
Volunteers will meet at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 4, at McGraft Park, then head out in teams to distribute flags throughout the neighborhood. It doesn't take long, and the more volunteers we have, the sooner everyone is finished!
It's a fun way to kick off the holiday, enjoy some fresh air, and help make Glenside look its patriotic best. We'd love to have you join us!
Hint: Work gloves are recommended - they make it easier to press the wooden flag sticks into the ground.
