Glens Falls will be hosting its 3rd Annual Oktoberfest Saturday, September 26th from 12PM - 3PM. We hope you join us for a day filled with fun, food, live music, vendors and lots of beer from local breweries.

WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING VENDORS:

It is free to participate as a Glens Falls Collaborative Member! Just enter your e-mail address associated with your membership as a PROMO code at check-out.
The non-member participation fee is $150... or join the Glens Falls Collaborative for the 2026 membership year for $240.
SPECIAL VENDOR REQUIREMENTS:
- NYS BEER & CRAFT BEVERAGE PRODUCERS: must provide proof of liquor license and apply for a One Day Alcohol Event Permit / Special Event Permit through the NYS Liquor Authority so you can sell by the glass. We will provide the Landlord Authorization Form required for the application as well as the map of Glen Street. One Day Alcohol Event Permit for Beer/Wine/Cider/Liquor = APPLY HERE
- GLENS FALLS MOBILE FOOD UNIT PERMIT: this application is required if you are serving any food/beverage and you do NOT have a brick-and-mortar location in the City of Glens Falls. Fee = $25 weekly or $100 annual. The updated application can be accessed HERE.

- CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE: we require a Certificate of Insurance naming both The Glens Falls Collaborative and the City of Glens Falls as additional insureds.

The participant shall maintain the following minimum limits of insurance: General Liability – $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate | Products/Completed Operations – $2,000,000
