The Glastonbury Frost Fayre is an Extravaganza of Seasonal Magnificence When Our Community comes together to Celebrate ‘Peace and Goodwill to All’ at this Festive Time. Officially opened by the Mayor of Glastonbury at the Melodrone Stage (top of the High Street) at midday and enjoy all the entertainment at the 5 live stages and the all day street entertainment.
Outside stalls can be found in the High Street, Northload Street, Archers Way, Magdalene Street and Benedict Street.
Inside Christmas stalls at the Town Hall (Main Hall and the Festival Hall), Abbey House, St John’s Church, United Reform Church, St Benedict's Church, St Dunstan's Car Park just to name a few!!
For our younger visitors there are fairground rides which will be situated in St Dunstan's Car Park.
Children's World will be entertaining the younger visitors in the St Johns Church Hub just off the High Street (access by St Johns Square)
The Glastonbury Abbey will be open on the day and will have their own events for the day. Please check their website and social media pages for more information.
Later in the day enjoy the carol singing and the official light up of the Glastonbury Christmas Tree (5pm).
Car parking can be found at all the Somerset Council Glastonbury car parks and Benedict Street (behind Tor Leisure) and the for park and ride service please use Herbies Field and Butler Carnival Park and Tor Rugby Club.
St Dunstan’s School, Wells Road will also be opening the school car park to raise funds for the PTA.
