The Glass City Group Run is back for November! Join us Tuesday, November 25th at The Shops at Fallen Timbers in Maumee, OH at 6:30 p.m. for this FREE group run event, open to runners and walkers of all levels and abilities. We'll run or walk a well-lit 3-mile course around The Shops at Fallen Timbers. Headlamps or other lights are still encouraged for a couple of darker stretches. We'll also raffle off some great prizes, including FREE one-month sample Gaynor Train training plans.
For November, Gaynor Train founder and namesake Evan Gaynor will be in attendance. We hope to see you there too!!
