Glasgow Tension Release TRE 3-day Workshop

This 3-Day TRE Workshop is open to everyone (without serious health conditions).

Whether you work with stressed or traumatised clients, or if you personally want to free yourself from tension. TRE® is a self-help tool developed by Dr David Berceli that is used successfully throughout the world. The course will be very practical. Each day you will be supported through the exercises and tremors, including time for discussions and sharing of experiences. You will learn the theory of how trauma is held in the physical body and can be released by the body naturally with self-induced therapeutic tremors.

This will include:

• Anatomy, neurology and physiology of stress and trauma as it relates to TRE®
• Understanding the tremor response
• Introduction to the Polyvagal theory and Safety
• Defence reactions as they relate to TRE®
• Containment and grounding strategies
• Introduction to how to tremor or development if already tremoring
• Somatic exercises to feel the stress response

TRE Certification: This workshop is Module 1 and is the first part of the process to be accredited as a Certified TRE Provider with TRE Scotland (www.trescotland.com)
