This is a 4 day IN_PERSON or ONLINE course run over 2 weekends (27th, 28th July & 10th, 11th Aug.We recommend joining as early as possible and gaining access to our ONLINE recorded sessions to prepare you well for the course! Click through link below to access framework of the ONLINE system.

The course is suitable for yoga teachers and trainees from all yoga traditions who wish to learn how to adapt their knowledge to be able to interact with teenagers and teach a successful Teen Yoga class. Applications are welcomed from yoga teachers, school teachers, health professionals and educators who want to bring the benefits of yoga to their classrooms and establishments
Applications will also be considered from PE instructors who have a strong knowledge of fitness for teenagers.
Hours count as additional training for Yoga Alliance Professional Members.
The 4-day Yoga Alliance Professionals certified TEEN Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive, intensive and practical certification course.
The course is run over - 4 full days (60 hour course - 36 hours contact time & 24 hours non contact time.
ONLINE OPTION - Using our NURTURING ONLINE APPROACH combining RECORDED videos and audio with at least 36 hours of LIVE/LIVE-ONLINE sessions and more if required!
NOT YOUR USUAL ONLINE! (combined recorded, live & 1 to 1s) & 24 hours prep & non contact time).
The ONLINE version still requires attendance LIVE online on the 4 days.
BOTH in-person and ONLINE receive the same standard of course and personal tutoring.
As the course is certified by Yoga Alliance Professionals, all applicants will be asked to demonstrate a thorough understanding of yoga and a personal yoga practice, either as part of a class or at home.
