Join 230 Intensives in GLASGOW for 3 dance workshops in this Intensive. 11am-4pm. 3 amazing workshops, plus open floor time.

These are intensively coached sessions run by 230 Intensives faculty staff and guest instructors. Classes will cover dance technique with a turns masterclass, and dance styles with choreography and style specific techniques. The workshops will include drills, top tips, technique work and opportunities to perform. This intensive is open to everyone aged 10+ to adult, with no specific style training required. The classes will be intermediate to advanced level, with options given to adjust difficulty of choreography and drills (both up and down) but this intensive may not be suitable for beginner or novice dancers. Our aim is for everyone to be comfortable, enjoy the level of challenge and take some positive progress away from the day.
All participants receive a certificate of attendance.
The first session will include a general warm up and mobilisation session. Dancers are also advised to complete their own warm-up and stretch prior to commencing class.
