If you’re guided, please bring a journal for a short journaling experience and anything else that might bring you comfort (ie. a blanket, yoga mat, bolster, or towel). Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can get started promptly at 2pm as there is another event right after us. Thank you🫶
