Join us for our annual Giving for Gains Toys for Tots functional fitness competition!! This year we will have teams of Male/male, Female/female, and Male/female. Tentatively scheduled to start at 9am. Price: Toy Donation. Registration starts Monday 10/28. We have limited spots so sign-up early.
🎁 You will complete 6 workouts/lifts in a waterfall style fashion. Each workout/lift will last 5mins with a long rest in between.
