Welcome to Studio 1818's monthly session Give Yourself The Flowers: Grief and Loss Workshop event! Join us on Sat Jan 11, 2024 at 12:00 PM EST for a healing yoga class and floral therapy session to help you navigate loss and grief. This in-person event is a safe space to honor your emotions and find peace through movement and mindfulness. Let's come together to give ourselves the flowers, we deserve during challenging life moments with a nurturing gentle yoga flow followed by an uplifting floral arranging activity. All supplies will be provided. No experience is required, just an open heart. See you there!
